The Intruder by Amaranta Leyva
The Intruder tells the story of Catalina, a young Mexican girl whose parents have recently divorced. She is trying to answer questions about herself and her situation when her quest is aggravated by the abrupt entry of her mother's new boyfriend, the man she calls "The Intruder". She launches her own investigation to find out what dark secrets are hidden behind this man's soothing presence, she will explore the limits of good and evil, the power of social conformity, and the puzzles of identity.
Sangre Redux, an adaptation based on Lorca's Blood Wedding by Marilo Nuñez
The night of the wedding and the Bride is no where to be found. A secret is revealed as the moon begins to bleed a desperate song of despair. Set in the northern wastelands of Ontario, where migrant worker's hands bleed from overuse and brotherhood goes beyond blood and family.
Further Beyond: A Testimonial Drama by Juan Carlos Velis
Elizabeth goes back to El Salvador to search for her lover Roberto only to find herself face to face with the person behind his demise.
